With over 30 years of business experience, he brings strong financial, governance, and operational expertise to the disability sector. As a founding Director of a Disability Support Provider, Theo is deeply committed to addressing the growing need for support among individuals and families facing financial, medical, and social challenges. .

 Penelope Antoniou-Libreri holds a Master’s Degree in Family Law and has operated a well-established legal practice since 2012. With over a decade of experience, Penelope is deeply committed to protecting people’s rights and advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families. She brings valuable legal expertise and insight to the disability sector, supporting informed, rights-based outcomes. 

 Kelly DeNittis holds Certificates in Disability Support and has over five years of experience serving the disability community. As a founding Director of a Disability Support Provider, she is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Kelly is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and advocating for those most in need within the disability sector. 

 Courtney Hyatt holds a Diploma and Certificates in Disability and Community Services. As a founding Director of a Disability Support Provider, she brings both professional expertise and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for people with disabilities. Courtney combines her passion with a youthful, empathetic understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by individuals with disabilities and their families in today’s environment.
